Register Your Event for the
Great Annual Fish Count

In order for an event to be sanctioned as an official GAFC event and be listed on our GAFC calendar, it must adhere to the following qualifications:

  • REEF Fish/Invertebrate ID classes/seminars can take place anytime in June or July
  • Must be free to attend
  • Can be branded or co-branded (with your organization) as a REEF GAFC event
  • Any diving/snorkel events must take place in the month of July

Please allow us at least one week's notice prior to your event in order to get it posted on the events calendar.

  • Please describe the type of event(s) you are registering:
    • Fish ID class (must be free of charge)
    • Social Event - BBQ, Kickoff Party, Fundraiser, Auction, Raffle, etc.
    • Survey Dive - Conducting a dive or snorkel fish survey
    • Other - Please explain
  • Any other comments or questions about your event
