NOTE:

• In order for an event to be sanctioned as an official GAFC event it must adhere to the following qualifications:
  • REEF Fish ID courses can take place anytime (July or preceding months) but must be free to attend
  • branded or co-branded (with your organization) as a "GAFC" event
  • and must be REEF Fish ID
• Any diving/snorkel events must take place in the month of July
• Please allow us at least one week's notice prior to your event in order to get it posted on the events calendar.

• Date of Event
• Location (be specific: ie: Fort Whatsitsname picnic shelter, Walla Walla, Washington)
• How to sign up: (who to contact, by phone? email? carrier pigeon?)
• Please describe the type of event(s) you are registering:
  • Fish ID class (must be free of charge)
  • Social Event - BBQ, Kickoff Party, Fundraiser, Auction, Raffle, etc.
  • Survey Dive - Conducting a dive or snorkel fish survey
  • Other - Please explain
• Any other comments or questions about your event (Please make sure to inform us of any linked events on different days.)
